Since our ER’s provide the same level of care as a hospital-based ER, our charges are the same, if not a little less. The good news is that we bill most commercial insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, United Healthcare, Medicare, Tricare, and self pay. We are out of network with many insurances, however, We Honor ALL in-network benefits and deductibles. Texas State Law requires your insurance company to pay for your emergency care at the in-network benefit level even if the emergency room is classified as out of network.
